I’ve been using the Miracle Morning (affiliate link) for 23 days now and It is sort of amazing. I’ve been starting my day at 4:00 a.m. and going through the Life S.A.V.E.R.S. for an hour or an hour and a half. It has given my day and my mind a Jump Start. It wasn’t easy and it really challenged my mindset, attitude, and willpower. If you know me you might find that amazing, but it did!

Here are the Life S.A.V.E.R.S. from the Miracle Morning as I’m applying them now:
S – silence – 10 minutes of meditation and prayer for me
A – affirmations – read out loud the affirmations of my life
V – visualization – 5 minutes read part of my life plan or imagine things going well this day, week, year and imagine my future business
E – exercise – 20 minutes of cardio, plyometrics or arms-legs-abs
R – reading – 20 minutes of scripture and self improvement (I do fun reading at another time of day)
S – scribing – 10 minutes writing in my journal including thankfulness and goals, checking my day plan and priorities.
Hal (the author) says you can do 1 minute of each and in six minutes get a boost to your day when you have a schedule conflict. I haven’t tried that but I do frequently adjust the times of my routine. I know when I’m in a crunch I could do less time and still get amped to go.
Today I woke up at 3:48. It really feels good but it isn’t easy. My body and mind seem to have jumped on board because the last 7 days or so, I’ve been waking up in the 3:50 time range.
