Top o’ the Mornin’ to Ya!

Today, I’m reflecting on a recent vacation experience that taught me a valuable lesson about intentions, self-care, and serving others. I had planned to wake up early each day to swim laps, but never followed through. However, on our last day, I effortlessly woke up early to pack and clean, ensuring we left on time for the next guests.

This got me thinking about why I easily accomplished one task but not the other. The key difference was the expectation of others versus doing something solely for myself. It reminded me of Colossians 3:23 – “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

I realized that taking care of our physical health isn’t just about us, about me – it’s about being the best vessel for our soul, spirit, and the Holy Spirit. When we’re at our best physically, we’re better equipped to serve others and make an impact.

This ties into my coaching philosophy:
1. Bless yourself
2. Expand your territory
3. Serve His kingdom

The outcome? Abundance and impact.

It’s not selfish to take care of yourself; it’s necessary to be able to give more to others. That’s why I’m passionate about getting every Christian man into a mastermind group – a place where they can be real, transparent, and challenged to grow.

If you don’t have this kind of support in your life, reach out to me at brian.chat. Let’s get you connected with a group of men who will love you, challenge you, and help you become the best version of yourself for God’s kingdom.

You be blessed!
